The property was stunningly beautiful with pleasant staff from the front desk to the chambermaid. We had a king room to ourselves with a good spot for a deep soak and a balcony, for example. Everything was great as expected.

Unfortunately, the hotel only has a moderate restaurant. Sufficient for food intake!

The hotel is quiet and ideal, and the staff is excellent from the front desk to the chambermaid. The location is particularly good, close to Sullivan Square station and next to a tournament, with easy connections to the Airport and other subway stations.

Check-in was horrible. Reservation was "not in the system". This went on for about 10 minutes. Then contacted Booked.net to fix it. Booking was in the system of course. They apparently can't search the database properly...

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the business park, the nearest subway station, and Boston/Logan airport. Booked a room with wonderful views. The staff, from the front desk to the chambermaid, were welcoming and pleasant.

We found the beds to be very comfortable. Room temp very easy to regulate for comfort. Having the balcony was a nice added feature. The pool was great and we all enjoyed the hot tub as well. Your staff was very welcoming and professional to deal with. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
It would have been nice to have some type of continental breakfast included in the price.

The property has a favorable location, just a short walk to the nearest subway station and other area attractions. The staff, from the front desk to the chambermaid, are very friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy staying here when I'm in Woburn.

My room sink was clogged and kept backing up. There was no hair dryer and no free breakfast!
